What is Intergroup?
Intergroup is the business side of OA - service on a larger
scale.
- Disseminates information to/from meetings;
- Disseminates information to/from Region 4 and World
Service;
- Sends representatives to Region 4 and World Service
events;
- Maintains committees to organize events;
- Collects 7th Tradition from meetings and supports
Region 4 and World Service with those funds;
- Maintains the answering service and website;
- Publishes our local newsletter;
- Provides support for meetings.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Intergroup will be cancelled due to weather if
Omaha Public Schools have cancelled.
Can I attend an Intergroup meeting?
Intergroup meetings are held on the second Monday of every
month at Unity Church at 3424 N. 90th Street, Omaha,
Nebraska, at 6:15pm. Intergroup meetings are open to all OA
members.

Tradition 11 - Our public relations policy is based on
attraction rather than promotion; we need always maintain
personal anonymity at the level of press, radio, films,
television, and other public media communication...
Step 12 - Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of
these Steps, we tried to carry this message to compulsive
overeaters and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

Lifelines. Public Information can reuse them. Give them to
your Intergroup Representative to take back to Intergroup.
